FAQ
Forgotten password
How to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
If you no longer know your password, you can request a new one. Your email address is all you need — you don't need your username:
- Go to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address registered with StepBridge and click Send email. If the address is not known to us, the page will tell you straight away.
- You will receive an email immediately. It starts with your name and username — handy if you had forgotten that too. Click Reset password in the email.
- Choose a secure password of at least 8 characters, enter it twice, and click Reset password. Passwords that are too easy to guess will be rejected.
- You can now log in with your new password.
Do you share one email address at home? Then each account receives its own email, with the username in the subject line. That way you can see at a glance which email belongs to whom.
Not working?
Haven't received an email? Check your spam folder. Nothing there either? Contact support@stepbridge.co.uk.
Has your email address changed as well? If you no longer have access to the email address registered with StepBridge, you cannot reset your password yourself. In that case, send an email to support@stepbridge.co.uk and mention your name — we will help you from there.
Do you still know your current password and just want to change it? See Change password.
